The Titan™ MCU structural repair system is the first family of FRP products in the market that is factory-saturated. Through rigorous testing, this system has been shown to perform equivalent or better than field-saturated systems. This family of products is comprised of uni-directional carbon or glass fiber fabrics, pre-saturated in an ISO9001 certified facility. The products come in hermetically sealed pouches, ensuring a high quality, previously inspected product which is ready to be applied in the field, avoiding the laborious field saturation process, and saving a lot of application hours. No VOC's and low odor make the installation very user-friendly. It can be used in a wide variety of environments possessing excellent chemical resistance, making them ideal for use in exteriorly exposed structures, industrial buildings, interior pipe linings, as well as underwater applications.
